Brief Talk on the Management of Setting up Sewage Outlet into the River after the Institutional Reform
The current situation and problems of the management of setting up sewage outlet into the river after the institutional reform were examined. Several suggestions were put forward from the aspects of technology and management in order to explore more effective whole process management system of pollution control.
