Application of Catalytic Oxidizer and Fluidized-bed Molecular Sieve System in High Concentration Organic Gas

  • This paper provided an optimized governance process for high concentration organic gas in the coated workshop of pharmaceutical industry. Based on the best temperature and space velocity of catalytic oxidizer,this paper proved the high efficiency of catalytic oxidizer and fluidized-bed molecular sieve system, analyzed efficiency of the system at different concentration. The results showed that catalytic oxidizer and fluidized-bed molecular sieve system was suitable for treating high concentration of organic gas, and the efficiency of the system was stable and reliable. The system achieved the emission standards of low concentration.
