Climate Resilience Assessment of Guangxi's New Power System Based on the PSR-Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Model

  • Based on the relevant statistical data of Guangxi from 2015 to 2021, this paper constructed a climate resilience index system for the new power system in Guangxi using the Pressure-State-Response(PSR) model, the weight of each index was determined using the entropy weight method, and then the climate resilience index of the new power system was calculated using the TOPSIS method, finally providing the climate resilience level assessment results for different years. The results showed the climate resilience of the new power system in Guangxi was a downward trend from 2015 to 2017, and it had always been at level Ⅱ resilience. From 2018 to 2021, it continued to reaching level Ⅲ resilience in 2020, showing an overall upward trend, but there was still a great room for improvement in the level of climate resilience of the new power system. Finally, policy recommendations are made for the construction of the new power system.
