The Implementation Status and Recommendation of Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Projects Funded by the National Special Funds in Yunnan Province from 2016 to 2024

This paper summarized the allocation of the national special fund for soil pollution prevention and control in Yunnan Province from 2016 to 2024. Problems have been found by evaluating the progress of project implementation and fund execution. These problems mainly included frequent project adjustments, slow progress of some projects, low fund execution rate, and low enthusiasm for project application. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, which would provide reference for the projects management of the national special fund for soil pollution prevention and control in Yunnan Province.
