Study on the Technical Methodology and Countermeasures of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment

The technical methodology of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment (PEIA) is the foundation of good PEIA implementation. In this study, ecological methods, technical methods of PEIA such as bearing capacity analysis method, GIS and System dynamics method have been analyzed in this study. The main technical problems of current research were summarized in this paper, and several suggestions were put forward to further improve technologies and methods of planning environmental assessment in China.
