Study on the Coordinated Development between High Economic Quality and Ecological Environmental Pollution Protection Strategy——A Case Study on the Pijiang River Basin(Yunlong)

The ecological environment of Yunnan province is fragile and the pollution prevention and control situation are severe, which have restricted the sustainable development of economy and society in a certain degree. According to the present situation of ecological environment pollution in Yunnan province, selecting the Pijiang River Basin (Yunlong section) as an example, the surrounding ecological environment pollution control strategies and the high economic development in the coordinated relationship were studied. Based on the core of the existing problems, from the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the government's leading role and multi-scale ecological environment pollution prevention strategy, countermeasures and Suggestions were put forward in order to achieve the ecological green development and promote economic coordinated high quality development mechanism at the same time.
