Study on the Bottom Line of Atmospheric Environment Quality and Division of Control Zones in Yunnan Province-A case study of Pu'er

  • According to the preparation guide of "three lines and one list",the bottom line of atmospheric environmental quality and the division of control zones are one of the important contents. By taking Pu'er as a case,the method of formulating the bottom line of atmospheric environmental quality and the division of control zones was described. The goals of the bottom line of atmospheric environmental quality of Pu'er were introduced in detail. The allowable emissions of air pollutants were calculated. Meanwhile,the control zones of Pu'er were divided,including8 priority protection areas,19 receptor sensitive areas,11 high emission areas,7 layout sensitive areas,4 weak diffusion areas. In addition,the area ratio of weak diffusion areas in Pu'er is high in the whole province.
