Practice Effects of Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation on Agricultural Land in Yunnan Province

  • To support the prevention of soil pollution and safe utilization of agricultural land in Yunnan Province, this study evaluates practical applications of risk control and remediation technologies based on project implementations. The research identifies key challenges, including difficulties in technology promotion and an inadequate system for the scientific evaluation of remediation effectiveness. To address these issues, we propose four primary countermeasures and recommendations: constructing a technical system for the safe utilization of agricultural land in Yunnan Province; developing and implementing technical regulations for this safe utilization; improving the funding and compensation mechanisms for soil pollution prevention and control; establishing a comprehensive set of evaluation indicators to scientifically assess the effects of remediation. This research aims to provide a scientific and technical basis for future soil pollution control and safe use of agricultural land in the province.
