Study on Environmental Emergency Space and Facility Scheduling Scheme of Artificial Canal Water Pollution Incident:A Case Study of Renmin Canal(Chengdu Section)
-
Abstract
Currently, water pollution emergencies in China are still in a high-incidence period. Centering on the concept of “space for time”, in the emergency response to water pollution incidents, full use should be made of the diversion and drainage functions of gates, dams, and ditches. How to scientifically and reasonably deploy environmental emergency space and facilities such as floodgates is thus of critical importance. According to the characteristics of environmental emergency spaces and facilities in artificial canals, this study constructs a scheduling model for environmental emergency spaces and facilities during water pollution emergencies. Through a review of the disposal process of the “3.14” diesel tank leakage secondary environmental incident at Sichuan Pengzhou Wangchi Logistics Co. Ltd., the effectiveness of the model was verified, and a scheduling scheme for environmental emergency spaces and facilities was formulated for the Renmin Canal(Chengdu Section). The results can provide a reference for the emergency response to water pollution incidents in artificial canals.
