Abstract
In order to achieve the scientific management of atmospheric pollution in Bazhong City, solve the problems of "flooding" and "dynamic control" in atmospheric pollution control, reduce governance costs, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of atmospheric pollution control, this paper proposed to use terrain, road network, human traffic intensity, and urban POI(Points of Interest) as raw data for density analysis. Based on the results of density analysis, industry-specific zoning control areas were delineated, and zoning governance measures were proposed to achieve zoning control of atmospheric pollution industries in the builtup areas of Bazhong City, thereby improving the efficiency of atmospheric pollution control and reducing the costs of government, enterprises, and merchants in atmospheric pollution control.
