The Evaluation and Trend Analysis of the Present Status of the Heavy Metals in Soil in the Baoyun Area in the Huize County Industrial Park, Yunnan

The present status of the heavy metals in soil in the Baoyun area in Huize County industrial park were evaluated according to the soil monitoring data of 2008, 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2021 using the same monitoring sites. The results showed that there were no significant variate of cadmium, mercury, arsenic, copper, lead, chromium, and nickel in the soil of the park since it has been open.Their concentrations could all meet the risk screening values for the second kind development land from “Soil environmental quality - Risk control standard for soil contamination of development land(GB 36600—2018) and the risk screening values from “Soil environmental quality - Risk control standard for soil contamination of agriculture land(GB 15618—2018), which indicated that these heavy metals had no critical impacts on the soil quality in the area.
