Early Warning System Design of Regional Energy Efficiency Analysis-A Case of Yunnan province

  • Based on the investigation of the total energy consumption and intensity status in Yunnan Province, a pre experimental energy analysis and early warning system was designed. This system can accurately judge and warn the intensity and total energy consumption in the region. By inputting raw data of the energy consumption of enterprises and utilizing the backend calculation module for analysis and planning, scientific and effective solutions are provided for enterprises, while also providing great convenience for the government's overall management and improving office efficiency. With the support of talents and departments in relevant professional fields, this system would integrate and develop resources, fully utilize modern Internet technology, establish an energy analysis and early warning system, highlight the convenience and efficiency of the Internet, subdivide professional categories,develop corresponding computing modules, and combine with the relevant policy requirements of the national and local governments during the 14th Five Year Plan period, which make professional and systematic planning analysis and early warning, and strive to improve the quality and level of regional energy management. The analysis and warning system adopts responsive web design technology, supports normal browsing through PC devices, be compatible with mainstream browser operating system platforms in the current market(Internet 9+, Chrome, Firefox, 360, Opera, etc.), and adapts screen size to quickly and accurately display and run on PC devices. With a simple and clear input interface, users are no longer limited to experts in professional fields. This makes energy analysis, planning, and early warning work more convenient and efficient for local and enterprise development, greatly promoting the green development of local and national governments.
