Study on the Treatment of Swine Sewage by Rhodococcus Erythropolis Fermentation Broth
-
Abstract
The study focused on the treatment effects of one flocculant-producing strain on swine sewage. By analyzing the relationship between the flocculation activity of Rhodococcuserythropolis fermentation broth and its culturing time, the production of flocculant was synchronized with the growth of the bacteria. The bacterial liquid in the late logarithmic growth phase was used to treat 50 mL of swine sewage. The treatment effect was the best when the bacterial liquid dosage was 70 mL.
