Study on Assessment System of Environmental Management Policy Effectiveness in Industrial Park

Industrial park, as a gathering place of local economic development, not only promotes local social and economic progress, but also aggravates the deterioration of the surrounding ecological environment. A series of policies have been formulated to strengthen environmental protection. Combining with the formulation,implementation and performance of environmental management policies, this paper put forward an assessment system framework for the effectiveness of environmental management policies in industrial parks. Through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process, the three-level index system was selected, including four first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators. In the application of the index system, it is suggested that the actual management of the park should be evaluated based on the policy process of information data-policy making-procedure process-implementation result.
