Thoughts and Suggestions on Constructing the Provincial Soil Environmental Management System in Yunnan Province

According to the soil environmental characteristics and management requirements of Yunnan Province,this paper put forward some practical suggestions for the soil environmental management system construction on the basis of synthetically analysis on the national soil environmental management system. It mainly focused on the agricultural land with high soil environmental background value, the improvement and supplement of the local standards and technologies, the determination of the type of key inspectors for soil pollution, the initiation of agricultural land and construction land survey and the late-stage management of construction land. The suggestions would improve the provincial soil environmental management system and discuss the process management of declaration, implementation and acceptance of soil pollution project to increase the management suggestions of practitioners and experts and achieve omni-directional management requirements of projects; Combing the existing soil environment management information platform, the upcoming special work management platform with deployable management platform recently, the suggestions on overall management were carried out. The research and suggestions can provide reference and guidance for the soil environmental management system construction of Yunnan province.
