Engineering Practice of Coagulation Air Float + Fiber Rotary Disc Filter Process for Mine Wastewater Treatment

  • This paper introduced the engineering practice of using coagulation-air flotation + fiber rotary filter to treat coal mine wastewater. The project operation results showed that the average removal rates of SS and CODCr in the effluent of the process system reached 97. 5% and 92%,respectively,which fully met the design requirements.Compared with the traditional coagulation sedimentation + sand filtration process,this process has the advantages of small floor area,stable operation,simple maintenance,low investment cost and remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
