The Application and Impact Analysis of Slurry Water Treatment System to Realize Zero Discharge of Desulfurization Waste Water
-
Abstract
The impacts of applying submerged chain conveyor to the desulfurization waste water on both slurry water treatment system and desulfurization island were examined. The results showed that there was little impact on the whole system when the desulfurization waste water was drained in to the slurry water treatment system since all the operation parameters of the slurry water treatment system were in the stable range. Furthermore, the quality of the plaster would not be affected when the discharged sludge from the high efficiency concentrator was disposed, and the leaching toxicity of both plaster and slag could meet the national standard, which meant that the recycling was feasible. In addition, the efficiency of the desulfurization island would not be affected too when the overflow liquid from the water tank replenished the desulfurization process. This research provided theoretic reference for those power plants that may recycle the desulfurization waste water on its own, which also presented experiences and guidance to operate the plant stably and safely.
