Detection Limit and Uncertainty Analysis of Total α Radioactivity in Solid Samples

In this paper, the detection limit and uncertainty of total α radioactivity in solid samples were analyzed by measuring solid samples. The detection limit of total α radioactivity in solid samples was 0.113～0.131 Bq/g, and the corresponding lower limit was 0.452～0.524 Bq/g. The uncertainty of total α radioactivity was 19.80%(k=2). The limit of detection and uncertainty were discussed in this paper.
