Comparison of Dichromate Method and HACH Micro-reflux Method for Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water

Through comparative experiments, it was found that the dichromate method had high accuracy and precision in the determination of COD. The HACH micro-reflux method for the determination of COD has high accuracy and precision for clean surface water, but low precision for the determination of sewage, so it is not suitable for the determination of sewage.
