Co-pyrolysis Characteristics of the Waste of Paper-making and Paint Slag
-
Abstract
The paper-making waste and paint slag residue were used as experimental materials to conduct pyrolysis and gasification experiments with the equipment independently developed by our company. The temperature changes in the secondary combustion chamber during the separate pyrolysis of paper-making waste and its co-pyrolysis with paint slag residue were investigated. The results showed that the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber was not high and fluctuated greatly when 1. 25 t paper-making waste was pyrolyzed alone, and the secondary combustion chamber lasted for a total of about 5 hours above 650℃ . After adding 0. 4 t paint slag residue, the mixture of1. 25 t paper-making waste and paint slag residue could maintain the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber above 800℃ for 4. 5 hours, and reached above 850℃ in stages, which also indicated that the addition of paint slag residue was very beneficial to the improvement of the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber. At the same time, due to the high calorific value of paper-making waste and paint slag residue, the reduction effect of the two after pyrolysis and gasification was obvious,up to more than 95%. Compared with paper waste pyrolysis alone, mixed with a certain proportion of paint slag residue would not produce deflagration aeration.
