Adsorption performance of Slag and Its Application Test in the Purification of Rural Domestic Sewage

  • The conditions and effects of slag on the purification of rural domestic sewage were studied by adding slag or not,shaking treatment or not,under different temperatures( 15℃,25℃ and 35℃). The results showed that the TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage were reduced after the adsorption of slag without shaking treatment.The removal amount of TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage from slag increased with temperature. The removal rates of TN,NH3-N,TP and COD in sewage by slag reached 4. 9%,63. 2%,94. 5% and 64. 7% respectively at 35℃. The removal rate of NH3-N in sewage could effectively be improved to 90. 0% by the adsorption of slag with shaking treatment,while the removal rate of TN,TP and COD decreases somewhat.
