Problems and Suggestions on the Revision of the Law of the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in terms of the Construction and Social Life Noise

the law of the prevention and control of environmental noise pollution has not matched the requirements of the public as the environmental noise problems have becoming more and more as the rapid social and economic development. The environmental noise complaints received from 2015—2019 in the whole country were analyzed.Ideas and suggestions on construction and social life noise were pointed out,which would provide reference for the revision of the law in the future.
