Public Participation in NIMBY Conflict in Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Projects from the Perspective of Administrative Law

The incineration is a significant municipal solid waste disposal method in China. How to resolve NIMBY conflict caused by waste-to-energy incineration projects has become an urgent problem for the government's Eco-environment Management. By analyzing the public participation in NIMBY conflict in municipal solid waste incineration projects from the perspective of administrative law,this paper attempted to explore a reasonable path to avoid conflicts in incineration projects.
