The Index System of Ecological Monitoring and Assessment for Typical Ecological Region in Yunnan Province in View of Ecological Civilization Management

Ecological monitoring is an important foundation for the innovation of Ecological Civilization Management. In this study,the typical ecological region of Jinshajiang River in Yunnan Province as the research area was taken as a pilot case to establish the index system of ecological monitoring and assessment including the pressure indicator composed of natural calamities,human activity and social economy development,the status indicator at the level of landscape and ecosystem,the response indicator consists of eco-construction project and ecological harness measure based on pressure-state-response model (PSR). This paper assigned index weight by Principal Component Analysis and evaluated the ecological quality by Comprehensive Evaluation Method. In this paper,the merits and demerits of traditional Optical Remote Sensing and Light Detection and Ranging were presented.
