Abstract
The perfume waste-water containing 58421 mg/L of COD was pretreated by coagulation-sedimentation-micro-electrolysis-Fenton process, and the effects of pH,dosage and reaction time on the removal rate of COD were studied systematically. The results showed that with FeCl3 as coagulant, the dosage of 5% FeCl3 was 10 mL/50 mL,pH 7,and the dosage of 0. 06% PAM was 0. 25 ml/50 mL,the removal rate of COD reached to 20. 1%; the ratio of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-iron-carbon material to waste-water was 2∶ 1( w/v). When p H 3-4,the aeration reaction time was 150 min,the removal rate of COD was 14. 6%; p H 4 ~ 5,dosage of Hydrogen Peroxide was 0. 4 mL/100 mL,reaction time was 5 hours, the removal rate of COD reached to 36. 6%. After the whole process, the total removal rate of COD was 60%.
