The Function and Orientation of Yunnan Ecological and Environmental Information Center in the New Era

This paper analyzed the relevant policies since the 19 th National Congress and development strategy of Yunnan,also the development trend of modern science and technology. A conclusion could be drawn that it is in a new era of ecological civilization and digital economy,and Yunnan is in a new era of leapfrog development at present. The requirements of ecological environment management and constraints for the development of ecological environment were identified. It makes clear that Yunnan Ecological and Environmental Information Center is a basic service department that plays a leading,pioneering,guiding and bridging role in eco-environmental informatization.
