The Role of Environmental Supervision in the Ecological Impact inthe Construction Period of Projects:Take a Company's Phosphogypsum Yard Expansion and Reconstruction Project as an Example

The project is a capacity expansion of the phosphogypsum yard.The paper summarized the work procedure and the content and the function of environmental supervision.During the construction,a third-party organization with technical qualification to carry out environmental supervision was hired to implement the "three simultaneous" acceptance and ecological protection.The third-party organization also organized the training for the workers about environmental protection knowledge,wrote a work plan of environmental supervision for this project,finished a compliance review report of environmental design,and completed four review reports of construction and organization and design of environmental protection.The organization wrote one yearly and one final summary report and 16 periods of monthly working report,signed two environmental supervision papers and three copies of working sheets and nine copies of environmental supervision notices.The supervision manager and engineers made 48 inspection tours and took part in all relevant meetings for its employer.The organization also provided the relevant whole process technological consultant for the construction party,which has effectively decreased environmental risks.
