异龙湖表层沉积物有机质含量空间分布初步研究

摘要: 湖泊表层沉积物中营养盐的释放会造成水质污染,影响水资源的利用,同时也会对水体中的生物和微生物产生不良的影响。表层沉积物中的有机质(Organic Matter,OM)能够从总体上反应出表层沉积物中存在的有机污染物的含量。异龙湖是云南省九大高原湖泊中淤积最为严重的湖泊之一,本研究在异龙湖全湖布设12个点位,对其表层沉积物有机质含量进行测定与分析,基于分析结果对其含量及空间分布的成因进行了讨论;对表层沉积物中的有机质进行了初步的溯源分析,以期为防控异龙湖内源污染提供线索。Abstract: Organic matter (OM) would reflect the content of organic pollutants in the surface sediments as a whole,and release nutrients in the sediments that could cause water pollution and affect the utilization of water resources.It also has adverse effects on organisms and microorganisms in the water body. In this study,twelve monitoring sites were set up in the whole area of Yilong Lake to measure and analyze the organic matter content in the surface sediments. Based on the statistical results,the causes of the organic matter content and its spatial distribution in surface sediments were discussed. The content of organic matter was analyzed preliminarily. This study was expected to provide background information for the lake Area and provided theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of the input of exogenous organic matter.
