固相萃取-二氯甲烷洗脱液对有机氯的影响测定

Determination of Organochloride by Solid Phase Extraction Method Using Dichloromethane as Eluent

摘要: 试验使用二氯甲烷作为洗脱液进行固相萃取,经溶剂转换及浓缩后使用气象色谱进行外标定量,方法检出限为0.01~0.06μg/L,加标平均回收率为92.0%~114%,RSD为1.3%~9.2%,方法检出限满足《GB 3838-2002地表水环境质量标准》中的要求。

Abstract: Solid phase extraction method was applied using dichloromethane as eluent. After solvent convention and concentration, it was tested by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The detection limit of the method ranged from 0.01 to 0.06μg/L, the average recovery ratio was 92.0% to 114%, the RSD was 1.3% to 9.2%. The method could meet the requirement of "GB 3838-2002 Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water".
