流域水环境综合治理规划设计——以某地河道为例

Integrated River Basin Management Planning and Design: Case Study of a River Course

  • 摘要: 某地河道由于长期受河道淤泥内源污染和生产、生活污水溢流等外源污染的双重影响,导致河道水质持续恶化、自净能力严重受损,生态系统遭到一定程度破坏,水环境质量安全形势严峻。为解决某地河道的水污染问题,通过对河道流域现状和污染来源进行深入调研和分析,采取“减排、增容”并举的策略,提出控制外源、清除内源、生态修复和活水提质的规划设计方案,同时结合政府行政干预措施,构建了一个从源头到末端的水环境综合治理体系。规划设计方案的实施,将进一步减轻某地河道的污染负荷,显著改善河道水质,逐步恢复河道自净能力,从而促进河道生态环境的整体改善。此外,该规划设计方案也可以为类似河道的流域水环境综合治理规划设计提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: The certain river is currently facing a critical water quality crisis, severely degraded by the combined effects of internal sediment pollution and external discharges from industrial and domestic sources. This has led to a significant loss of its self-purification capacity and a damaged aquatic ecosystem. To address these issues, this study proposes a comprehensive management strategy based on a dual approach of "pollution reduction" and "capacity enhancement." The core of this strategy involves a four-pronged action plan: controlling external pollution inputs, removing internal contaminants through sediment cleanup, restoring the riverine ecosystem, and improving water circulation and quality. This plan is integrated with governmental administrative measures to create a holistic management framework from source to sink. The implementation of this design is projected to substantially reduce the river's pollution load, significantly improve its water quality, and restore its natural self-purification capabilities. Ultimately, this will promote the ecological recovery of the river. This study aims to provide a practical and replicable model for the integrated management of similarly impaired water bodies worldwide.
