云南省二氧化碳与大气污染物控制协同效应分析

Analysis of synergistic effect of carbon dioxide and air pollutant control in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 以2011—2020年云南省二氧化碳(CO2)与主要大气污染物二氧化硫(SO2)、氮氧化物(NOX)及颗粒物排放情况为基础,采用灰色关联度模型对CO2和主要大气污染物进行关联度测算,再运用拓展的KAYA恒等式及LMDI分解模型对各驱动效应进行分解。结果表明,工业和建筑业为云南省CO2及大气污染物排放的主要领域,协同减排效应为减少大气污染物排放的主要驱动效应,在工业领域的重点行业中黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业的污染减排潜力最大,通过减少该行业化石能源消耗所占比例可对其SO2与CO2协同减排效果起显著作用。

     

    Abstract: In the context of rapid economic development,China faces dual challenges from air pollution and climate change.Based on the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) and major atmospheric pollutants sulfur dioxide (SO2),nitrogen oxides (NOX) and particulate matter in Yunnan Province from 2011 to 2020,the grey correlation model was used to calculate the correlation degree of CO2 and major atmospheric pollutants.Then,the extended KAYA identity and LMDI decomposition model were used to decompose each driving effect.The results showed that the industrial and construction industries were the main fields of CO2 and air pollutant emission in Yunnan and the synergistic emission reduction effect was the main driving effect of air pollutant emission reduction.Among the key industries in the industrial field,the black metal smelting and rolling processing industries have the highest emission reduction potential.By reducing the proportion of fossil energy consumption in the industry,the synergistic emission reduction effect of SO2 and CO2 could be significantly affected.
