滇池流域农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准制订探讨

Discussion on Formulation of Pollutant Discharge Standard of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in the Dianchi Lake Basin

  • 摘要: 通过对滇池流域农村污水处理设施运行现状调查及出水水质分析,结合国内已有农村污水排放标准,对滇池流域农村生活污水处理设施污染物排放标准制订进行探讨。建议标准适用范围为滇池流域内规模<500m3/d的农村污水处理设施,按照受纳水体及污水处理规模将排放标准划分为三级,将pH、SS、COD、NH3-N、TP、TN作为基本控制指标,动植物油作为选择性控制指标。各控制指标的建议最严排放限值:pH限值为6~9、SS限值为10mg/L、COD限值为30mg/L、NH3-N限值为1.5(2.5)mg/L、TP限值为0.5mg/L、TN限值为15mg/L、动植物油限值为1mg/L。

     

    Abstract: TheDianchi Lake basin is the crucial area of water pollution prevention and control in China. In order to strengthen the management of rural water environment in the Dianchi Lake basin, combined with the existing domestic rural sewage discharge standards, this study discussed the formulation of pollutant discharge standards for rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in the Dianchi Lake basin through the investigation on the operation status of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities and the analysis of the effluent quality. The recommended standard would be applicable to the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities under 500m3/d, and the discharge standard is divided into three levels according to the receiving water and the scale of sewage treatment, which takes pH, SS, COD, NH3-N, TP and TN as the fundamental control indicators, and animal and vegetable oils as the selective control indicators. The proposed strictest discharge limits for each control indicator are as follows: pH value is at 6~9, SS 10mg/L, COD 30mg/L, NH3-N 1.5(2.5) mg/L, TP 0.5mg/L, TN 15mg/L and animal and vegetable oils 1mg/L.
