小麦秸秆生物质炭制备及性质研究

Preparation and Properties of Biochar from Wheat Straw

  • 摘要: 以小麦秸秆为主要原材料,以质量分数为10%的KOH溶液为浸渍剂,通过控制热分解的方法分别在350℃和410℃下制备生物质炭。利用热重分析、红外光谱、拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射等方法对原料和生物炭的性质及结构进行表征。结果表明:小麦秸秆最大失重率为72%,335℃热失重速率达到最大,372℃降解速率降低开始炭化,进行脱烷基和芳化缩聚反应;两种温度下所制得的生物炭的官能团的种类基本相同,较高温度下制得的生物炭的芳香化程度及石墨化程度较高,利于增强生物质炭的化学稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Using wheat straw as the main raw material and KOH solution with 10% mass fraction as the impregnating agent, biomass carbon was prepared by controlled thermal decomposition at 350℃ and 410℃, respectively. The properties and structures of raw materials and biochar were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the maximum weight loss rate of wheat straw was 72%, and the thermal weight loss rate reached the maximum at 335℃. The types of functional groups of the biochar prepared at two temperatures are basically the same, and the degree of aromatization and graphitization of the biochar prepared at higher temperatures is higher, which is beneficial to enhance the chemical stability of the biochar.
