东风水库浮游植物群落结构年变化及水质生物评价

Annual Variation Characteristics of Phytoplankton Community Structure and Biomass of Water Quality of Dongfeng Reservoir

  • 摘要: 为了解东风水库浮游植物群落结构特征的年度变化及其对水质的影响,于2019年6月—2020年5月在水库选取3个取样点,通过属类鉴定和密度统计,分析了浮游植物周年变化特征、优势度、多样性指数和均匀度指数。结果表明:东风水库有浮游植物8门42属,属数以绿藻门最多,其次是蓝藻门和硅藻门。浮游植物密度年平均值为5576.43×104Cells/L;变化范围为73.25×104~14678.67×104Cells/L。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数变化范围为0.54~2.69,平均为1.41; Pielou均匀度指数变化范围为0.13~0.67,平均为0.35;Margalef物种丰富度指数变化范围为0.93~2.78,平均为1.48。根据多样性指数、均匀度指数和细胞密度来评价水库水质,东风水库水质为中污染,营养类型为中富营养。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and biomass and their effect on water quality of Dongfeng Reservoir, three samples of phytoplankton were collected every month from June 2019to May 2020, the annual variation characteristics, dominance, diversity and evenness indices of phytoplankton were analyzed by species identification and density statistics. The results showed that a total of 42 genera of phytoplankton identified, belonging to 8 Phyla in the water samples from Dongfeng reservoir. Chlorophyta was the dominant Phyla, the highest in general, and followed by the Phyla of Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta. Density of the phytoplankton varied in the range from 73.25×104 to 14678.67×104 Cells/L(5576.43×104 Cells/L in average). The indices of Shannon-Wiener and Pielou evenness and Margalef ranged from 0.54 to 2.69(1.41 in average) and ranged from 0.13 to 0.67(0.35 in average) and ranged from 0.93 to 2.78(1.48 in average). According to Shannon-Wiener Diversity and Pielou evenness and cell density index to assess the water quality of Dongfeng Reservoir, the results indicated that the water quality was moderately polluted and in medium eutrophication.
