微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中的银
Determination of Silver in Soilby Microwave Digestion Method and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 采用微波消解法消解土壤样品,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定土壤中的银元素。试验结果表明,银元素工作曲线的相关系数在0.9995以上,元素方法检出限为0.002mg/kg;对有证标准土壤样品进行测定的结果符合准确度要求,实际样品的相对标准偏差在2.3%~4.0%,加标回收率在88.0%~95.5%。该方法具有操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,准确度高、线性范围宽等优点,适用于土壤中痕量银元素的测定。Abstract: A new method for the determination of Ag in soil by microwave digestionmethod and Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) is established. The result showed that the correlation coefficient of calibration curve of Ag was over 0.9995. The method detected limit was 0.002mg/kg. The accuracy degree of the method was in accordance with the certified standard values. The recoveries of soil samples were in the range of 88.0~95.5% and RSDs of the results were among 2.3~4.0%. The technique of microwave digestion was convenient, little of pollution and complete. This test method has been successfully applied to the determination of Ag in soils because of its accuracy, high sensitivity and good linear relationship.
