截污背景下污染总量计算法在陆域入海污染量计算中的应用探讨

  • 摘要: 采用周期性监测各排水口流量和水质的通量监测法是计算陆域入海污染量最为有效的方法,但我国大多数城市未建立起完善的监测体系,导致基础监测资料匮乏,入海污染量难以准确计算,影响陆海统筹下污染物排海总量控制方案制定。依托深圳市在国家海洋综合管理示范区和海域污染物排海总量控制试点建设中开展的研究工作,特别是针对大规模沿河截污系统对自然排水规律造成的复杂影响,从城市给排水系统角度成功的探索了污染总量计算法在陆域入海污染量计算中的应用,有效地应对了周期性监测资料缺乏的问题,并可在其它湾区进行推广。以深圳市深圳湾为例,选取COD、NH4-N和TP作为典型污染物进行计算示例。

     

    Abstract: The flux monitoring method of periodically monitoring the flow rate and water quality of each drainage outlet is the most effective way to calculate the amount of land-based pollution entering the sea. However, most cities in China have not established a complete monitoring system, resulting in a lack of basic monitoring data and difficulty in accurately calculating the amount of pollution entering the sea, which affected the formulation of the total control plan for pollutant discharge into the sea under the coordination of land and sea. Based on the research work carried out by Shenzhen in the construction of the National Marine Comprehensive Management Demonstration Zone and the pilot project for controlling the total amount of pollutants discharged into the sea, especially in response to the complex impact of large-scale river interception systems on natural drainage patterns, Successfully explored the application of total pollution calculation method in the calculation of land-based sea pollution from the perspective of urban water supply and drainage system, effectively addressing the problem of lack of periodic monitoring data, and can be promoted in other bay areas. Taking Shenzhen Bay in Shenzhen as an example, COD, NH4-N, and TP were selected as typical pollutants.
