沱江(成都段)水环境非点源污染防治研究

Study on Non-point Source Pollution Prevention and Control of Water Environment in Tuo River (Chengdu Section)

  • 摘要: 当前我国的COD和总磷的非点源污染尚未建立有效的源头管控体系。其中,氨氮、总氮、总磷主要来自农业生产活动和居民生活废水;重金属、石油类、挥发酚、氰化物,主要来自工业废水;动植物油主要来自生活废水。通过模型计算和监测数据对比,发现沱江(成都段)水环境非点源污染COD、氨氮、总磷负荷较高;农业领域的大量小型、非规模化畜禽养殖负荷显著,工业园区、居民生活、农业种植等会增加水环境非点源污染风险。应加快污水收集管网配套建设,提高居民环境保护意识;加强入河排口排查整治工作,加大河流、滩涂、湿地种植清理整顿,建设滨岸缓冲带,最大程度削减非点源污染。

     

    Abstract: Currently, effective source monitoring of non-point source pollution for chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total phosphorus has not yet been achieved in China. Among these pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus primarily originate from agricultural production activities and domestic wastewater; heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile phenols, and cyanides mainly come from industrial wastewater; while animal and vegetable oils predominantly stem from domestic wastewater. Through model calculations and comparative analysis of monitoring data, it was found that the Tuojiang River (Chengdu section) exhibits high loads of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus from non-point source pollution in its water environment. Small-scale, non-intensive livestock and poultry farming in the agricultural sector contributes significantly to the pollution load. Industrial parks, residential activities, and agricultural cultivation increase the risk of non-point source pollution in the water environment. Therefore, measures should be accelerated, such as improving the construction of sewage collection pipeline networks and raising public awareness of environmental protection. Efforts should also be strengthened to investigate and rectify river discharge outlets, intensify the cleanup and rectification of riverbanks, shoals, and wetland cultivation, and establish riparian buffer zones to minimize non-point source pollution to the greatest extent possible.
