基于双变量相关性分析的SNCR工艺氮氧化物排放浓度影响因子的研究——以石林某水泥厂为例

Research on the Factors Impacting the Emission Concentration of Oxynitride Released from SNCR Process by Bivariate correlation analysis

  • 摘要: 在石林某水泥厂SNCR脱硝中的工控参数及脱硝后排放烟气在线监测数据基础上,对氨氧化物排放浓度与反应温度、氧气含量数据、喷氨强度三组数据进行两两相关性分析。结果表明:水泥厂SNCR工艺应保持在脱氨窗口温度范围以内;水泥厂中SNCR工艺的氧气含量过高将减弱脱硝反应,增加氨水喷射量并不是提高脱硝反应最有效的方法。

     

    Abstract: The bivariate correlation analysis of three sets of data including the emission concentration of oxynitride, reaction temperature, the content of oxygen, and the ammonia spray intensity were conducted on the basis of the on-line monitoring data of the flue emission of the SNCR process in a cement production plant. The results showed that the SNCR process needs to keep the temperature within the anomia removal window. The higher concentration of oxygen in the SNCR process would reduce the denitrification reaction, therefore, increasing the ammonia spraying amount is not the most effective way to improve the denitrification reaction.
