硫酸铵溶液中重金属离子及砷的分离工艺研究与生产实践

摘要: 采用石灰-铁盐法工艺处理含砷等重金属的工业废水应用较广泛、成熟,但该工艺应用于(亚)硫酸盐溶液中的砷等重金属的分离较少见。通过工艺对比,并经小型实验、中试、扩试验证,确定了采用铁盐法工艺脱除硫酸铵溶液中的重金属离子,并成功应用于生产,能有效去除(亚)硫酸盐溶液中的砷等重金属离子,并产出合格的硫酸铵产品。Abstract: Lime-iron salt method was widely adopted to treat the industrial wastewater with arsenic and other heavy mental ions. However, the method was seldom used to isolate the ions in ammonium sulfate solution and sulfite solution. After comparing different method and testing the method through small scale and middle scale and large scale experiments, the method could be adopted to remove the heavy metal ions in ammonium sulfate solution. The process was successfully to produce the qualified ammonium sulfate product.
