基于地理信息系统应用的大气污染防治探索和思考

  • 摘要: 为实现巴城大气污染防治科学化、解决大气污染防治“大水漫灌”“运动式管控”问题、降低治理成本、促进大气污染防治效能全面提升,本文提出以地形地貌、路网、城区人类活动强度、城区POI兴趣点等作为原始数据进行密度分析,根据密度分析结果分行业划定分区管控范围,提出分区治理措施,实现巴城建成区大气产污行业分区管控,提升大气污染防治效能,减轻政府、企业以及商户大气污染防治成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve the scientific management of atmospheric pollution in Bazhong City, solve the problems of "flooding" and "dynamic control" in atmospheric pollution control, reduce governance costs, and comprehensively improve the efficiency of atmospheric pollution control, this paper proposed to use terrain, road network, human traffic intensity, and urban POI(Points of Interest) as raw data for density analysis. Based on the results of density analysis, industry-specific zoning control areas were delineated, and zoning governance measures were proposed to achieve zoning control of atmospheric pollution industries in the builtup areas of Bazhong City, thereby improving the efficiency of atmospheric pollution control and reducing the costs of government, enterprises, and merchants in atmospheric pollution control.
