四环素和锑复合污染对底栖生物酶活性的影响

Effects of the Combined Contamination of Tetracycline and Antimony on Benthic Enzyme Activity

  • 摘要: 以中华圆田螺(Cipangopaludina cahayensis)为受试生物,研究单一的四环素、锑以及四环素和锑联合对该生物肝胰脏蛋白质含量、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSH)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:污染物会使田螺体内的蛋白质含量降低;GSH的活性随暴露时间和暴露浓度的增加而增加;CAT活性随暴露时间和暴露条件呈现不同的相关性:单一暴露条件下有着低浓度抑制,高浓度促进的效应,而联合暴露条件下有着相反的效应。

     

    Abstract: Tetracycline, a persistent organic pollutant, and antimony, a carcinogenic element, are increasing in the environment and can enter the food chain through the accumulation of plants, which would cause serious harm to human health. In this study, the effects of tetracycline, antimony and tetracycline and antimony on hepatopancreatic protein content, glutathione transferase (GSH) and catalase (CAT) activity were studied. The results showed that the pollutant reduced the protein content in the snail.The activity of GSH increased with the increase of exposure time and exposure concentration.CAT activity showed different correlations with exposure time and exposure conditions. Low concentration inhibition and high concentration promotion effects were observed under single exposure conditions, while the opposite effect was observed under combined exposure conditions.
