高温旁路烟道蒸发技术在脱硫废水零排处理中的技术对比与应用现状

Application Status and Analysis of Flue Gas Evaporation Technology for High Temperature Bypass of Desulfurization Wastewater in Coal-fired Power Plants

  • 摘要: 通过对比机械旋转和双流体的高温旁路烟道蒸发技术,介绍了两种技术的雾化原理、关键参数、核心设备和工程应用等,总结了高温旁路烟道蒸发技术在脱硫废水零排放处理中的应用现状,并对应用中出现的问题进行了对比分析,提出了应对策略。

     

    Abstract: By comparing the mechanical rotation and dual-fluid high-temperature bypass flue evaporation technology,the atomization principle,key parameters,core equipment and engineering application of the two technologies were introduced,and the high-temperature bypass flue evaporation technology was summarized in the zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater. The status of the application in the treatment,a comparative analysis of the problems in the application,and the countermeasures were put forward,in order to provide a reference for the engineering application of the zero discharge treatment of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants.
