Abstract:
The water pollution control performance of petrochemical industrial parks was evaluated using hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation techniques. According to the characteristics of the ecological construction of petrochemical industrial parks, an indicator system containing 3 evaluation elements and 11 evaluation indicators for water resource conservation, water pollution control and park management were established. A typical petrochemical industrial park was also used as a case study for validation. The study showed that the weight of water pollution control was 0.5992, which had the greatest impact on the water pollution control performance of the park. By 2020, the water pollution treatment and the park management of the target park were at an advanced level in China, while the water resource conservation was at an average level in China. There was still a gap between the management and resource conservation of the park and the international advanced, and the potential to improve the level of resource conservation and management of the park was to improve the level of water pollution control in the park.
