云南省火力发电厂超低排放改造减污降碳协同效应研究

Study on the Synergistic Emission Reduction Effect between Carbon Dioxide and Atmospheric Pollutants on Ultra-low Emission Retrofits of Thermal Power Plants in Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 以云南省完成超低排放改造的部分火力发电厂为研究对象,通过协同控制效应坐标系分析方法和污染物减排量交叉弹性分析方法,对超低排放改造措施带来的颗粒物、SO2、NOx和二氧化碳的协同减排效应进行了评价分析,结果显示:3个火力发电厂中有2个厂的超低排放改造措施对大气污染物和二氧化碳不具有协同减排效应,1个厂具有协同减排效应,但可能是由于其超低排放改造前后的负荷率差异较大造成,火力发电厂超低排放改造是否具有对大气污染物和二氧化碳的协同减排效应还值得进一步深入研究。

     

    Abstract: This study takes some thermal power plants that have completed ultra-low emission retrofits in Yunnan Province as the research object. Through coordinate control effect coordinate system analysis method and pollutant emission reduction cross-elastic analysis method, the synergistic emission reduction effects between PM10, SO2, NOx and carbon dioxide were analyzed. The results showed that two of three thermal power plants do not have a synergistic emission reduction effect between carbon dioxide and atmospheric pollutants, but the other one does. The results may be caused by the large difference in the load rate before and after the ultra-low emission retrofit. Whether the ultra-low emission retrofit of thermal power plants has a synergistic emission reduction effect on atmospheric pollutants and carbon dioxide need further study.
