Design of an Intelligent Landfill Leachate Treatment System for Rural Domestic Refuse

  • 摘要: 设计了一种面向乡村生活垃圾的智能垃圾渗滤液处理系统,该系统分为垃圾暂存区、渗滤液处理区和最终储存区三个模块,各模块采用模块化设计,并配备自动控制和智能传感设备。渗滤液处理区通过内外双层结构和螺旋叶片实现垃圾高效脱水。系统还设计了白天夜间时间模式,保证垃圾处理效率的同时并节约能源。通过源头减量和后续节能处理,系统可以有效减少渗滤液产生,为环境治理提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: This paper designed an intelligent leachate treatment system for rural domestic waste. The system was divided into three modules: garbage temporary storage area, leachate treatment area, and final storage area. Each module featured a modular design and was equipped with automatic control and intelligent sensing equipment. The leachate treatment area achieved efficient waste dehydration through an inner and outer double-layer structure and spiral blades. Additionally, the system was designed with daytime and nighttime modes to save energy while ensuring processing efficiency. By reducing waste at the source and employing energysaving treatment methods, the system could effectively reduce leachate production and provide technical support for environmental governance.
