“十三五”期间嘉兴市地表水水环境质量研究

Research on Water Quality of Surface Water in Jiaxing during the 13th Five-Year Plan period

  • 摘要: 为掌握“十三五”以来嘉兴市地表水水质变化趋势,基于全市73个市控断面2016—2020年的监测数据,从断面水质类别占比、主要污染物浓度、断面超标率、各水体21项指标综合污染指数等方面变化情况进行分析。结果表明,2016—2020年嘉兴市地表水市控断面Ⅰ~Ⅲ类水质占比升高了72.6个百分点,年际变化率为36.7%,劣Ⅴ类下降1.4个百分点,水质状况从轻度污染转向优;各区域Ⅰ~Ⅲ类水质占比改善幅度依次顺序为桐乡市>平湖市>嘉兴市区>海宁市>海盐县>嘉善县。主要污染指标均有不同程度的改善,其中石油类、氨氮、五日生化需氧量浓度改善幅度最大,分别为80.0%、47.7%、31.4%;溶解氧、总磷、氟化物浓度改善幅度最小。总磷始终位于断面超标率的前三位;33个水体Ⅰ~Ⅲ类占比由30.3%上升至87.9%,有21个水体21项指标综合污染指数下降趋势具有显著意义。位于平湖市、海宁市和桐乡市境内的断面之间水质情况相似度较高,污染情况类似,嘉善县和海盐县整体水质较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to grasp the change trend of surface water quality in Jiaxing City since the "13th Five-Year Plan", the changes of water quality were analyzed from the aspects of the proportion of water quality categories, the concentration of main pollutants,the rate of section exceeding the standard, and the comprehensive pollution index of 21 indicators of each water body based on the monitoring data of 73 municipal control sections in the city in 2016-2020. The results showed that in 2016-2020, the proportion of Class Ⅰ~Ⅲ water quality in the municipal control section of Jiaxing increased by 72.6 percentage points, the annual change rate was 36.7%, and the quality of poor class V decreased by 1.4 percentage points. The improvement rate of Ⅰ~Ⅲ water quality in each region was in the order of Tongxiang>Pinghu>Jiaxing>Haining> Haiyan>Jiashan. The main pollution indicators were improved to varying degrees, among which the concentration of petroleum, ammonia nitrogen and BOD5 were improved the most, which were 80.0%,47.7% and 31.4%. The concentration of dissolved oxygen, total phosphorus and fluoride improved the least. The total phosphorus was always in the top three of the section exceeding the standard rate. The proportion of class Ⅰ~Ⅲ in 33 water bodies increased from 30.3% to 87.9%, and the comprehensive pollution index of 21 water bodies showed a significant downward trend. The water quality of the sections located in Pinghu, Haining and Tongxiang was similar and the pollution was similar, while Jiashan and Haiyan overall water quality was better.
