浅谈电解铝废气中氟化物的控制技术

Brief Talk on the Controlling Technology of Fluoride in the Waste Gas during the Electrolytic Aluminum Production

  • 摘要: 电解铝在生产过程中排放的氟化氢是主要污染物,电解槽的集气效率、除尘器的漏风率和氟化物的净化效率3个因素均对氟化物的排放量有较大影响。采用物料平衡法优化生产技术,可有效提高废气中氟化物的净化回收效率,降低电解烟气中氟化物的排放。研究电解铝烟气中氟化物控制技术,能为有关方面的需要提供参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The fluoride is the dominant pollutant of the waste gas in the electrolytic aluminum production. The gas collection efficiency of the electrolytic bath, the air leakage rate and the removal rate of the fluoride of the dust remover greatly impact the discharge amount of the fluoride. It would promote the removal rate of the fluoride by improving the production technology using material balance method to reduce the discharge amount of the fluoride. The method would provide the reference for the purification of the fluoride in the electrolytic aluminum production.
