Design of Upgrading and Reconstruction of Mojiang Sewage Treatment Plant Using AAO-MBR Process

  • 摘要: 墨江县污水处理厂坐落于联珠河流域,其设计处理能力为每日10000 m3,采用了CASS工艺,一级B类标准。为应对水体富营养化问题并满足云南省2019年一级A类排放要求,该厂升级为AAO(厌氧-缺氧-好氧)耦合MBR(膜生物反应器)工艺。改造后,出水BOD5、CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP浓度分别降至 ≤ 10 mg/L、≤ 50 mg/L、≤ 5 mg/L、≤ 15 mg/L、≤ 0.5 mg/L,总投资2752.53万元,单位运行成本增加0.49元/m3。相较于传统AAO工艺, AAO-MBR集成工艺占地面积减少30%, TP去除率提升15%,且通过优化曝气与污泥处置,长期运行成本降低12%。该案例表明, AAO-MBR工艺可有效应对低碳氮比进水与季节性水质波动,为中小规模污水厂提标提供了经济高效的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The Mojiang Sewage Treatment Plant, located in the Lianzhu River Basin, originally adopted the Cyclic Activated Sludge System (CASS) process with a design capacity of 10,000 m3/d, achieving the Class 1B discharge standard. To address water eutrophication and meet the stringent Class 1A standard, the plant was upgraded to an Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic (AAO) process coupled with a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR). Post-upgrading, the effluent concentrations of 5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (CODCr), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) were stabilized at ≤ 10 mg/L, ≤ 50 mg/L, ≤ 5 mg/L, ≤ 15 mg/L, and ≤ 0.5 mg/L, respectively. The total project investment was 27.5253 million RMB, with an increase in unit operational cost of 0.49 RMB/m3. Compared to the conventional AAO process, the integrated AAO-MBR process reduced the footprint by 30% and enhanced the TP removal efficiency by 15%. Furthermore, the long-term operational cost was lowered by 12% through optimized aeration and sludge disposal. This case demonstrates that the AAO-MBR process effectively handles influent with a low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and seasonal water quality fluctuations, offering a costefficient solution for the upgrading of medium- and small-scale sewage treatment plants.
