食用菌菌丝对校园生活污水净化效果研究

Study on the Effect of Edible Fungus Mycelium on Campus Sewage Purification

  • 摘要: 采用平菇菌丝体对校园生活污水进行净化处理,通过测定净化过程中生活污水pH、COD、BOD5、总磷、总氮的变化,探索食用菌菌丝对校园生活污水的净化作用。结果表明:食用菌菌丝体对校园生活污水净化有一定的效果,生活污水中的COD和BOD5去除率分别达到79.91%、91.55%, 但对校园生活污水中总氮和总磷的去除效果不理想;平菇菌丝体的接种量对校园生活污水的净化效果有一定的影响,本实验选择菌丝体3个接种量:3%、5%、10%对生活污水的净化效果表现为3%>5%>10%。

     

    Abstract: This experiment adopted the mushroom mycelium to carry out the campus sewage purification treatment. Through testing the changes of pH, COD, BOD5, TP and TN in the purification process, the effects of edible fungi hyphae on campus domestic sewage were examined. The results indicated that the use of mycelium on campus sewage purification had a certain effect. The removal rate of COD and BOD5 reached 79.91% and 91.55%. But the removal of TN and TP was not ideal. The inoculation amount of oyster mushroom mycelium had different influences on the purification effect. In this experiment, three inoculation amounts of mycelium, namely 3%, 5%, and 10%, were selected. The purification effect of domestic sewage was 3%>5% > 10%.
