再生水补水景观水体浮游植物群落结构及其与水质参数的关系

Phytoplankton Community Structure and its Relationship with Water Quality Parameters in Landscape Water Supplemented by Reclaimed Water

  • 摘要: 根据莲石湖2019年5-9月的水质和浮游植物监测数据,分析其水质状况、浮游植物群落结构及两者的相互关系。结果表明:莲石湖氮、磷营养盐浓度较高,为轻度富营养水体;观测到浮游植物7门65(属)种,以绿藻门和硅藻门为主,平均细胞密度为181.40万个/L,优势种有小球藻sp.、小环藻sp.、等片藻sp.、栅藻sp等,多为中、富营养型水体指示种。相关性分析与冗余分析表明,影响莲石湖浮游藻类细胞密度与群落结构演替的最主要因子为氮、磷营养盐,高锰酸盐指数和水温。

     

    Abstract: Based on the monitoring data of Lianshi Lake from May to September 2019,this paper analyzed the water quality, phytoplankton community structure and their relationship.As a result, the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in Lianshi Lake was high, and it is a slightly eutrophic water body. 65 phytoplankton species from 7 phyla were identified. Chlorophyta and bacillariophyta were the dominant species, and the average cell density of Lianshi Lake was 1.814 million cells / L. The dominant species were Chlorella sp., microcycline sp., Synechocystis sp., and Scenedesmus sp., which were mesotrophic and eutrophic water indicator species. Correlation analysis and redundancy analysis showed that nitrogen, phosphorus, permanganate index and water temperature in Lianshi Lake have the greatest impact on phytoplankton cell density and community structure.
